a. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

c. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

c. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

d. Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged in return shipping.

b. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
